If you require support for your online charting, cannot log into your account or a have a billing question, please email at: support@ovusoft.com. You should receive an auto-reply with 30 minutes. If you have not received a personal reply within 24 hours, please check your spam folder. If there is no response (or auto-reply), please resend your question.

For questions regarding Partnerships & Business Development, please contact Gene Grant at gene@ovusoft.com.

Moderator/Admin Support

If you have questions about the website or need help with your account, please contact a member of our Moderator/Admin team.

Forum Support

We have Technical Support forums for our online charting application and forum issues. These forums are checked by staff several times a week but are primarily peer supported. If you have a pressing issue please contact us directly instead of posting in the forums.
