Why can't I add Meds and Procedures Detail to my chart?

That feature is hit and miss with me.  If I choose a med that is on the list already it usually (about 90% of the time) comes up on my chart.  I have not been able to add a new med though-- so I just use the "other medication" option from the drop down list.   Like i said it's a bit hit or miss and I'm not sure there is a solution out there.

and obviously you will want to make sure that your chart layout includes showing meds/procedures on a line item.

Me: 35   DH: 33

TTC #1 since February 2015

Diagnosis: ovulation disorder:  4 medicated cycles with femara + FSH injections (2 timed intercourse and 2 IUI) - all BFN.  We are done with treatments now (Nov 2016).  Trying naturally for a bit while exploring other paths to parenthood.

Natural BFP 12/17/16!   Ectopic Loss 5w5d  on 12/26/16

Jan 2017- officially not trying and on bcp (due to high risk of repeat ectopic- remaining tube has surgical history) currently considering IVF, embryo adoption, fostering, and adoption.

I have spent some time with this driving me crazy.  The best advice I have seen (thank you TMonee!) is to add them to your chart in the morning.  I have no idea why that helps, but if I do it first thing it works about 80% of the time.  If I wait until the afternoon/evening to add them it works about 5% of the time.

Me (Mel): 33  DH: 35

Charting since January 2014, TTC #1 since 11/15!!

working with RE since 6/16 due to spotting throughout the LP

I have.  It took a LOT of jacking around with it though.  I think I basically just beat it into submission through tenacity.  There wasn't a trick to it that I could replicate.

Under Layout it had the option for med and procedures detail. Now it's not even there.
