Thanks for the heartburn advice, kbella. It's gotten better, lately.

Thanks everyone. This feels so special after the long wait! We are back hon with my boys Shai & Shaan. The boys are weighing about 4lbs each and have Jaundice, OB team and Peds Doc are great and are following up on visits every other day to keep tabs on weight gain n bili levels other than that, we are all bonding and Doing well.
Our baby girl, Genevieve, arrived yesterday. She was right at 39 weeks. She's doing great! I had a successful vbac, but I lost a lot of blood, so recovery has been a beast. Got a transfusion today, though, so I'm feeling much better.
Spuli, glad your guys are doing well and are home! :)
Hope everyone else is doing great in these last days!
Congratulations, Smurphette!! I'm so glad baby girl is doing well and I love her name! I'm sorry to hear you lost a lot of blood... I had that happen in my daughters delivery and it definitely made recovery more difficult, but I'm sure the transfusion will help speed the process along!
smurphette: Congrats! Hope u feeling better after the transfusion.
I had my first cervical check today at 35+3... I'm 2cm and 50% effaced. Which I know means nothing haha but still fun to find out. I never dilated with my daughter until I was in labor (at 38+5). I'm not sure I'll have them check me again, I just did today because they were already in there doing the GBS test. My cervix is so posterior that she basically had to reach up to my tailbone.
37+2 here- I can't believe it! I am being monitored 2x a week for high blood pressure with an NST and some other lab work. Not sure if she will be a 2016 or a 2017 baby!
I'm officially on Christmas vacation from school, so it's just eating, relaxing, and visiting for me! Hope everyone is doing well and enjoying the holiday season with family!
Kawv- hope you are enjoying your break and glad everything seems to be going well with the babe! I had to have weekly NSTs with my dd and I enjoyed getting to check on her the extra times! Do you know if you've dilated at all?
i am 36 + 6 and was 3cm & 50% at my check on Tuesday. It spurred some pretty uncomfortable bh or pre labor or whatever we want to call it at this point! It was far more uncomfortable than my usual bh and they were 5 mins apart for about 2.5 hours! I had it again yesterday after a busy day for about an hour. I had lots of bh with dd but none like this... it's so strange for me!
hope everyone who is celebrating has a great holiday and a great weekend to everyone else!
After 7 hours of the worst stomach virus I've ever had (and my husband and 1 year old had also), I went into labor and had our baby boy at 5:47am on 12/31. I started bleeding at 2:30am and headed to the hospital... arrived and checked in around 7cm, labored & delivered little man just under 3 hours later at exactly 38 weeks. He's 6 lbs 8 oz, 19.25 inches long, perfectly healthy and nursing like a champ! My dd's delivery was pretty dramatic and difficult to recover from physically and emotionally after having a uterine inversion and hemorrhage, so having a "normal" and natural delivery with no real complications has been a dream! Just being able to get up and pee and shower has been amazing haha. Hope you all had a wonderful new year and can't wait to read about more babies!
Cliff! Huge congrats on your little man! I am happy you had a 'quite' normal delivery, although it was still very fast! Sorry about the stomach flu, that is awful! Do you think it has induced labour? Are you feeling better now? Wish you a Happy New Year!
Me (33) DH (34) 29-08-2014

Thank you peony! I am feeling much much better. They think the vomiting caused a partial placental abruption that started labor, but we'll know more after they get the report on the placenta in a few weeks.
Yay! Congrats to you and your family, Cliff! I'm so glad you are recovering well and had a positive experience!
The stomach bug has hit the nation so hard lately--I'm locking myself inside!!
I think there are only a few preggos left... who's with me??
Congrats Cliff! What a way to start labor! Not fun! I have a cold from hell right now (34 weeks) and am vomitting from coughing so hard. I'm going to ask for something stronger than OTC cough medicine because I'm scared between coughing and puking, it's going to send me into labor! And, norovirus is rampant around us too. I'm so scared I'm going to pick it up!
Glad to hear you are all doing well now!
AFM: still here! Considering I'm actually a February DD. Hit 34 weeks today!

Baby D August 2013
Baby A March 2015
Baby G February 2017
Sorry I have been absent for soooo long! I got struck down with debilitating anxiety & depression and had to stay away from the interwebs for a while as it made things worse.
Hurray for the babies that have arrived so far! Well done mamas! Will anyone post photos?
AFM, still hanging in there, hobbling around with awful SPD/PGP but psychologically pretty good apart from being utterly fed up of being pregnant! Had a very irritable uterus at 34-37 weeks and everyone was convinced I would go into labour early, but everything settled down when I finished work. Despite losing what surely must be all of my mucus plug over the last month and 2 bloody shows in the last 2 weeks nothing is happening. I had 2 failed stretch and sweeps last week as well, so am just going to sit it out now. Due in hosp for a post-date assessment tomorrow as I am turning down the offer of a pessary induction (I was induced first time around, had spontaneous labour & home birth second time around at 41w 8d, know which I would prefer to do again!), so please cross your fingers for me that there are no medical issues and I can go home- community midwives seem to be happy to support a home delivery post-dates so I am still holding out for that.

Congratulations, Cliff! He's so cute and snuggly!
Ah Cliff he is gorgeous!
Afm, my little (actually, HUGE) guy finally arrived at 42 weeks 4 days. Spontaneous labour & delivery at home after finally agreeing an induction date of 42 weeks 5 days! Brandon Arrow was a whopping 10lbs 10oz 😮 I still can't quite believe that, but my poor pelvis can- I can barely walk atm :/
Will post a pic of himself i due course :D
