Ovusoft Premium Membership

I can't view my previous charts and Ovusoft customer service said they aren't charging for premium anymore...I haven't been able to access previous charts for 4 weeks now and my doctor wants to see them. Any tips? The link to buy premium doesn't work and customer service has no answer for me. Is anyone else able to view them and screenshot them to me?

I had the same problem. Fortunately I have been saving my charts to my computer as I go. Good luck!

Yes, it's now free but they still cannot access past charts.

When the premium membership was still a thing, if you didn't pay you couldn't see charts that were more than 90 days old. With them opening up charting so it is free for all, i would have expected ALL charts in the user's history to be available and they're not. Us Mods do not have access to that side of things and have always referred people to Support. I do not understand why they cannot assist. I'm also not sure why Melissa hasn't responded yet. I'll see if I can get her here.

I was wondering about the same thing.  I've never paid for premium membership but recently I was wanting to go back and compare more charts (and sadly I haven't been saving them on my computer!).  

Do you know if we will eventually be able to access old charts, one way or another?

Amber, I tried to look but you have not shared your charts so I don't have permission. Were you charting online or with the PC software?

You have always been able to see all of the charts uploaded from the PC software. I'm not sure why you wouldn't be able to see yours. The viewing that they've opened up were for the charts that were done online only. Previously if you didn't have a premium membership you were only able to see the past 90 days worth of charts. They have since discontinued the membership and opened up charting so it's free for everyone, all the time.

The uploading of charts from the PC software was discontinued early last year when Ovusoft's partnership with Toni ended. Any charts previously uploaded to the site should still be available, though you cannot upload new charts any more.

I tried to look at your uploaded PC Software charts, but again do not have permission to view them. Is this the link you're using?  http://ovusoft.com/members/_2A00_Amber_2A00_/pccharts/default.aspx

Are you contacting support at support@ovusoft.com? If you are writing to anything with tcoyf.com in the address, the emails are not going to anyone affiliated with this site and instead would be going to the new tcoyf.com admins.

When I click that link it says not available also. I am emailing OvuSoft support. I don't know why I can't see them. :(
